Port Hueneme Condo Staging

Pomegranate Interiors just finished a home staging over the weekend. The condo is in Port Hueneme, CA, across the street from the beach, so we wanted to bring in a coastal feeling, with some "green" touches. In the living room, we improvised by creating twig curtain rods to hang leaf-pattern curtains, brought in a coordinating rug, and furnished with strong dark pieces to ground the room. We topped it off with a bright yellow lamp. In the master bedroom, warm neutrals and a pillow that pops top the bed. We brought in woven seagrass rugs and accented a dining table with a cool green tablecloth. On the patio we created a yoga area, complete with ottoman seating.

  1. How beautiful! What a terrific way to handle some of the mid-century homes we all have to stage that have so little appeal to today's "gimme new or nothing" buyers!

  4. Thank you all for the nice comments. The ottomans are from Marshalls. They were a great find at $60 each. I think they look a lot more expensive!

I love your shots... You've got a good eye. I'd love to stage a condo near the beach... I like the work you did on it. You gave it great eye appeal... Fay
